From Ryan (1983).</figcaption></figure></p><p>Cement-based low slump grout is used to fill subsurface voids such as in karstic cavities to prevent surface subsidence or stabilize the cavities structure. Advantages include minimum disturbance, low cost, and application in variety of subsurface conditions. This technique is applicable to embankment construction over unstable soils and roadway and embankment widening.</p><p>
