Our committee has been active in finding new ways for Geoprofessionals to interact at GeoCongress events. These include the widely attended Women in Engineering happy hours. They also include initiatives to have childcare at GeoCongress events so that members with young children can attend and actively participate in sessions and committee meetings. We are working to make sure that the childcare initiative is both present and well-subscribed by attendees.
