The Geo-Institute is pleased to announce that Dr. Sissy Nikolaou has been selected as the 2026–2027 Cross-USA Lecturer.

Dr. Nikolaou is a nationally recognized leader in geotechnical and earthquake engineering at NIST, with expertise in multi-hazard resilience, disaster investigation, and infrastructure performance under extreme events.

G-I Chapters and Graduate Student Organizations (GSOs) are now invited to submit applications to host a lecture during the 2026–2027 Cross-USA Lecture Tour.
